Spread knowledge. Earn lasting reward.
Test The Ummah exists to help Muslims discover and strengthen their Islamic knowledge — one question at a time. This Ramadan, our mission is simple: spread beneficial knowledge as widely as possible, and keep it free for everyone who wants to learn.
"Whoever guides someone to goodness will have a reward like that of the one who does it."
Sadaqah Jariyah & beneficial knowledge
The Prophet ﷺ taught that when a person dies, their deeds come to an end except for three — including ongoing charity and knowledge from which benefit is drawn (Sahih Muslim 1631, excerpt). Supporting the spread of beneficial knowledge is an opportunity to contribute towards Sadaqah Jariyah, insha'Allah. We share this hope humbly: reward is with Allah alone, and no contribution can guarantee a specific spiritual outcome.
How funds will be used
- Promoting and advertising the challenge so more Muslims can discover it
- Outreach to communities, masjids and families across the Ummah
- Hosting, maintaining and improving the platform
- Creating, reviewing and making accessible beneficial Islamic knowledge content
- General project operating costs that keep the challenge free for everyone
Contribute
Custom amounts are also welcome. Every contribution, large or small, helps — and sharing the challenge with others is itself a valued contribution.
Test The Ummah is a community project, not a registered charity, and contributions do not qualify for Gift Aid or other tax relief. Contributions support the project's promotion, outreach, platform and content costs, as listed above. Full details will always be published here before payments are accepted.
